If you want to register a domain to ensure that no one else is going to take it, but you haven't developed the site for it yet, you may park it. This is a feature that registrar companies provide if a domain isn't connected to any web or e mail hosting service. In this way, you'll be able to protect a brand name, for instance, and you'll own the domain in question although it will not open any content. If you wish, you may choose some standard template that the registrar provides, like For Sale or Under Construction, alternatively you can forward the domain to a different web address. Your second option is extremely helpful in case you own a number of domains, but you want every one of them to open the same site. For example, you may register domain.net and domain.org, then park them and forward them to domain.com. In this example, you're going to need hosting for the third domain address only and the traffic to the other ones will be redirected to it.

Parked Domains in Hosting

With each and every hosting plan which we offer you will be able to park as many domains as you wish and unlike other companies, we don't have any service fees for that. Needless to say, this can be done exclusively for domains which are registered through us since parking a domain is possible only with the registrar, but not through the host unless you have both services with the same company. We have a feature-rich Domain Manager tool where you can conveniently park and un-park domain addresses, select one of the templates that we offer and add custom text to it, or forward a domain to a URL of your choice. If you host a parked domain address, our system will change its name servers and set up a folder in the File Manager automatically. You could also set filters and see only the parked or only the hosted domain addresses, which will permit you to handle them easy and fast.

Parked Domains in Semi-dedicated Servers

With each and every semi-dedicated server that we provide you will have the opportunity to park as many domains that are registered through us as you wish. Given that only the registrar company can offer a parking function, you can not park domain addresses that are only hosted on our sophisticated cloud hosting platform. From the Domain Manager section of your Hepsia hosting CP you can park and un-park domains with only a few clicks and filter all domains that you have got by their status, for better management. We provide a number of templates which you can use and if you would like, you could also add some custom text to any one of them. If you want to un-park a domain and host it within your account, you will not have to do anything manually - our system is going to create a domain folder in the File Manager section and will create all the required DNS records so that your domain address works properly and starts loading the content which you upload for it on our servers.
